The Revlon ColorStay Overtime products are lip stains with a double ended wand, one side with the lip color, the other side with a finishing gloss.  Non-Stop Cherry is a cool toned red while Ultimate Wine tends to lean more pink/red than burgundy like you would expect.  The eye pencil includes a water-proof matte black and a brown with a satin finish.
