As stated, all eight of these brushes are made with synthetic bristles which makes them great for use with liquids and creams as they will absorb very little of the product. The kit comes with four larger brushes ideal for foundation application and four smaller versions more suited for concealer and and application that requires a little more precision, like your lids or under eye area. They each have a unique shape but all are extremely dense like a kabuki brush, great for buffing in product, even mineral foundations could be used with these.
The four larger foundation brushes included are as follows:
- F80- Flat Kabuki
- F82- Round Kabuki
- F84- Angled Kabuki
- F86- Tapered Kabuki
The four smaller brushes included are as follows:
- P80- Precision Flat
- P82- Precision Round
- P84- Precision Angled
- P86- Precision Tapered
- Such great packaging and presentation!
- They even sent a bonus brush as a gift!

These are my first brushes from Sigma and I’ve been really happy with them for the price. They are very easy to wash and I have not had any issues with shedding thus far. I personally don’t think it’s necessary to own all of these if simply using them for home however as they are similar enough. If considering these, my recommendations would be the F82, P80, and P82.
These eight brushes can be bought all together in a set for $99 but they are also available separately in two sets of four, or each brush can be bought on it’s own.
You can find these online directly from Sigma Beauty.

UPDATE 11/1/12: As I have used these more the past few months they have become my absolute favorite foundation and concealer brushes. I have had zero shedding and are still in perfect shape. I cannot recommend them enough!
